The Hot Product Controller is a person put in charge of these Hot Products to do daily counts of the Hot Products, receive the hot products and make sure that the Hot Products are available on the shelves. The caliber of Hot Product Controller is a high caliber employee. The Hot Products become the Hot Product Controllers 'baby' and are looked after as such.

The Hot Product Manager System is an electronic counting system which allows the Hot Product Controller to enter stock counts into a handheld computer. These counts are transferred once a day over the MTN GPRS network to a web server at Lodge Head Office. The counts then become available on the Secure Hot Product Manager Web Site.
