kirsten w Kirsten Halcrow
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kirsten is the Managing Director of EMPS and started working for EMPS in 2001. Kirsten came from a recruitment background, spending 1 year in a corporate HR environment and a further year within a recruitment company. Kirsten has her Honours degree in psychology, an HR diploma and trained as a psychometrist.

Kgaugelo Hlope
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Kgau joined EMPS in July 2006. She successfully completed her LVA 6.5 training and was a veracity assessor for a year. With a passion for sales, Kgau was appointed Business Development Manager in 2007. In March 2009 Kgau was appointed as a director. Today as the Business Development Director, Kgau heads up all sales initiatives within EMPS.

Devin Ashman
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR 

Devin started with EMPS in August 2007 as Operations Manager. He was appointed as a director in March 2009. Devin comes from a project management background and has a passion for technology. As Operations Director of EMPS, Devin ensures a professional, efficient and accurate service with the best technology platforms.

Caroline Mbengo
ACCOUNTS CLERK

Carol joined EMPS in September 2008. Carol manages the EMPS accounts, invoicing and statements and creditors payments. Carol is willing and available to assist EMPS clients with any account queries at any time.

TEAM LEADER- OPERATIONS

Pauline joined EMPS in October 2012 as Team Leader Operations. Pauline is responsible for managing the EMPS call centre and the team of verifiers. Pauline ensures top levels of customer service and service levels on all our checks.

Bree Langenhoven
HEAD OF ASSESSMENTS

Bree joined EMPS in April 2012 as Head of Assessments. Bree has extensive experience in the field of assessments for selection, development, talent management, leadership development, succession planning and gradulate selection. Bree has her Honours degree in psychology and is registered with the HPCSA as an Independent Psychometrist.

sipha w Sipha Mlahleki
HEAD OF VERACITY ASSESSMENT

Sipha joined EMPS in December 2010 as part of the sales team. In May 2011 Sipha attended Layered Voice Analysis training and passed Summa Cum Laude. Sipha is a talented veracity assessor who was appointed Head of Veracity Assessment in January 2012.
