MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kirsten is the Managing Director of EMPS and started working for EMPS in 2001. Kirsten came from a recruitment background, spending 1 year in a corporate HR environment and a further year within a recruitment company. Kirsten has her Honours degree in psychology, an HR diploma and trained as a psychometrist.

kgau Kgaugelo Hlope
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Kgau joined EMPS is July 2006 and successfully completed her training as an operator of the LVA 6.50 Investigation Focus Tool and functioned as a veracity assessor. Her main function was to grow the LVA department. In August 2007 Kgau was promoted to Business Development Manager for EMPS. Kgau was appointed as a director in March 2009. Today Kgau heads up the EMPS sales team and also enjoys a vital role as head Client Liaison.

 Devin Ashman
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Devin started with EMPS in August 2007 as the Operations Manager, he was appointed as a director of EMPS in March 2009. Devin comes from a project management background and worked for our sister company REACT Surveys as a project coordinator from June 2006. Devin's main focus at EMPS is client retention through improved service delivery. Devin has a passion for technology and will be managing the growth, development and client support of the EMPS On-line offering.

carol Caroline Mbengo
ACCOUNTS CLERK

 Caroline, better known to us as Carol, joined EMPS in September 2008 as an Accounts Clerk. Carol manages the EMPS accounts, invoices, statements and creditors payments. Having worked as a debtors clerk prior to joining EMPS Carol enjoys dealing with the wonderful clients we have at EMPS. Carol works to ensure that our clients pay their accounts on time. Carol is available and willing to assist clients and creditors with any account queries, at any time.

 elsie Elsie Moema
HEAD OF EMPS CONTACT CENTRE

 
lsie started with EMPS in August 2003 as an ALERTLINE call centre operator. In November 2005 , she was promoted to Reference Checking operator. In June 2007 Elsie left EMPS to pursue her studies. In June 2008 Elsie returned to EMPS as a call centre agent. In April 2009 Elsie has been promoted to Reference Checking Operator, Head of Education Verifications. In January 2012 Elsie was appointed Head of Screening and in April 2012 she was made Head of the EMPS Contact Centre Operations. Elsie feels it is important for one to believe in yourself. In her job she feels there is nothing more important than making her clients happy at all the times.

Refiloe Mokgatle                                                                                 CONTACT CENTRE AGENT 

Refiloe started with EMPS in November 2011 as a Reference Checking operator. Refiloe focuses on general screening and pre-employment references.

Bree Langenhoven                                                                           HEAD OF ASSESSMENTS 

 

Bree is the newest addition to the team and will be launching and managing our assessment department. She has extensive experience in the field of assessment for selection, development, talent management, leadership development, succession planning and graduate selection. She is passionate about assisting organisations to identify talent through the use of psychometric and competency-based assessments. Bree has her Honours degree in psychology and is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Independent Psychometrist.

Siphamandla Mlahleki                                                                         HEAD OF LVA DEPARTMENT; LVA EXAMINER  

Sipha joined EMPS in December 2010 as part of our sales team. In May 2011 he attended the LVA training course and passed Summa Cum Laude. Sipha is a talented veracity assessor who takes his job very seriously. In January 2012, Sipha was appointed Head of Lie Detection for EMPS.

Mpho Ross

CONTACT CENTRE AGENT

Mpho started with EMPS in September 2011 as personal assistant to the LVA department. In April 2012 Mpho joined the EMPS contact centre. Mpho still assists the LVA department but she is also part of the screening operations process. Mpho always goes the extra mile to get her job done efficiently
