 KIRSTEN HALCROW - MANAGING DIRECTOR Minimize

Kirsten is the Managing Director of EMPS and started working for EMPS in 2001. Kirsten came from a recruitment background, spending 1 year in a corporate HR environment and a further year within a recruitment company. Kirsten has her Honours degree in psychology, an HR diploma and trained as a psychometrist.

 DEVIN ASHMAN - OPERATIONS MANAGER Minimize

Devin started with EMPS in August 2007 as the Operations Manager. Devin comes from a project management background and worked for our sister company REACT Surveys as a project coordinator from June 2006. Devin’s main focus at EMPS is client retention through improved service delivery. Devin has a passion for technology and will be managing the growth, development and client support of the EMPS On-line offering. Devin is currently studying Project management through UNISA.

 KGAUGELO MPHAHLELE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Minimize

Kgau started working at React surveys (part of Lodge holdings) in April 2006, as a part time capturer till July 2006. In July 2006, she joined EMPS and successfully completed her training as an operator of the LVA 6.50 Investigation Focus Tool and functioned as a veracity assessor. Her main function was to grow the LVA department. In August 2007 Kgau was promoted to Business Development Manager for EMPS.

 BENNETT NDHLOVU - SENIOR VERACITY ASSESSOR Minimize

Bennett is the chief veracity assessor at EMPS and has been with the Lodge Group of companies for over 15 years. Bennett started out with Lodge Service, a sister company to EMPS, as part of the undercover division on the 14th of January 1991. After three years Bennett was promoted to the investigations department. At the same time he was a translator for the Polygraph division until 1994 when he started training as a Polygraph examiner under the guidance of Kevin Condon, who was trained in the United States under Baxter School of Polygraph. Bennett was also trained in the art of interrogation and obtaining confessions and has been polygraphing ever since. In 2006 Bennett successfully completed his training as an operator of the LVA 6.50 Investigation Focus Tool.

 DINEO SEREKO - REFERENCE CHECKING OPERATOR Minimize

Dineo joined EMPS in July 2007 as a Reference Checking Operator, specialising in Education Qualification Verifications. Dineo was previously a client liaison and says that clients are her priority. Dineo obtained her senior certificate at Forest High and would like to study law in the future. Dineo enjoys teaching Sunday school, sports and socialising with friends. Her motto is “strive to reach your goals in life”

 LILIAN KAGURU - REFERENCE CHECKING OPERATOR Minimize

Lilian has been with EMPS since July 2007. Lilian has her diploma in teaching and was an Accounts teacher prior to joining EMPS. Lilian is a generalist reference checking operator and operates the EMPS switchboard. Lilian deals mainly with general reference checks and character references. Lilian says that her main objective is to make clients happy.
