Kirsten is the Managing Director of EMPS and started working for EMPS in 2001.
Kirsten came from a recruitment background, spending 1 year in a corporate HR environment and a
further year within a recruitment company. Kirsten has her Honours degree in psychology, an HR diploma
and trained as an intern psychometrist.
STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Devin started with EMPS in August 2007 as Operations Manager. He was appointed as a director in March 2009. Devin comes from a project management background and has a passion for technology. As the Operations Director of EMPS, Devin’s main focus was on ensuring a professional, efficient and accurate service. In April 2014 Devin was appointed as the Strategic Development Director.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER- DIRECTOR
Kgau joined EMPS in July 2006. She successfully completed her LVA 6.5 training and was a veracity assessor for a year. With a passion for sales, Kgau was appointed Business Development Manager in 2007. In March 2009 Kgau was appointed as a director and took the role of Business Development Director until 2014 when she was appointed Senior Account Manager, looking after some of EMPS’s Key Clients.
Pauline joined EMPS in October 2012 as the Operations Team Leader. She was promoted to Account Manager in May 2014. Pauline completed her degree in B.A Corporate Communications. She is client focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Simone joined EMPS in February 2013 as a call centre agent and was later appointed as the HOD of AFIS in October 2013. In May 2014, she was promoted to Accounts Manager. Simone has a degree in BA Corporate Communications.
HEAD OF ASSESSMENTS
Bree joined EMPS in April 2012 as Head of Assessments. Bree has extensive experience in the field of assessments for selection, development, talent management, leadership development, succession planning and graduate selection. Bree has her Honours degree in psychology and is registered with the HPCSA as an Independent Psychometrist.
OPERATIONS TEAM MANAGER
Tsholofelo joined EMPS in April 2014 to head up the EMPS Operations team. People and process management are two of his biggest passions and he cites the ultimate yardstick for measuring quality as the ability to deliver efficient and accurate service time and again
HEAD OF QUALITY CONTROL
Nonhlanhla joined EMPS in July 2013 as a Screening Operator. With her strong attention to detail, in May 2014 she was appointed as a HOD-Quality Control. Nonhlanhla is responsible for analysing and ensuring EMPS’s final results/reports/products sent out to clients are satisfactory, accurate and of quality standard.
Carol joined EMPS in September 2008. Carol manages the EMPS accounts, invoicing and statements and creditors payments. Carol is willing and available to assist EMPS clients with any account queries at any time.
